Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to TabEASE Wholesale.

Returns

Return requests must be submitted within five business days of receiving your order.

Products must be:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In resalable condition

Return authorization must be obtained before any merchandise is returned.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to the nature of hemp products and consumable goods, opened products are not eligible for return unless required by law.

Clearance items, special-order products, and custom items are final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect merchandise, please notify us within two business days.

Photos may be requested to assist with replacement or claims.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by TabEASE.

Shipping Restrictions: At this time, TabEASE ships only to customers located in Wisconsin. Orders placed from any other state will be canceled and refunded.
